"In April 2005 I purchased my first set of Stalker wool clothing made by Beagle Outdoor Wear. In October 2005 my brother and I went on a Moose Hunt in Vermont. The State was hit with a Northeastern storm the week before our arrival and it continued through the entire week we hunted.
While hunting the storm raged on with temps in the 40's, winds gusting up to 50 mph with trees dropping around us, and torrential rains. We stalk hunted 10-12 hours a day. I was warm and comfortable while hunting and at the end of each day when we arrived back at camp I was totally dry when I took off my Beagle WEar. My brother who was wearing a well-known brand of "waterproof" clothing was soaked to the bone. We hunted three days without seeing any moose and finally on the fourth day the weather slightly broke and I shot my first cow moose.
I have all sorts of hunting clothing, some that claim they are "waterproof", I now will only buy/wear Beagle Outdoor WEar because they claim to be "highly water resistant" and as far as I am concerned, they are "waterproof".

Phil Harrison of Cedar Springs, MI writes, "We hunted 200 miles west of Anchorage, Alaska in September, 2005. On the first day of our hunt as I was putting on my Beagle Wear, several other hunters asked if this clothing was any good. I told them you can't get soaked in Beagle Wear. It was put to the test that day. At 7:00 AM we started out in rain and sleet and that weather stayed with us all day for 15 miles downriver and then back to camp at 5:00 PM. I was totally dry on the inside and I couldn't believe how great this outfit was!
The next day, September 10, 2005, again wearing my Beagle Wear outfit and 15 miles upriver, I shot my 64 7/8" wide 1500# bull moose.
